Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Subscription to our newsletter

• Signing up for the events advertised on the website

• Contacting ELSA United Kingdom through the form available on the website

We use the information that you have given us in order to facilitate regular newsletters and to offer certification in the case of signing up for events advertised on the website.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

In the case of newsletters, we keep the first name, last name and email for 3 years. We will then dispose of your information by removing all data related to the individual from the website database and the servers of the hosting platform, Squarespace.
